Reiki I - Mar 29, 2026
*Mar 29 Class is Open* Hannah will be guiding an introduction to Energy Work thru Reiki I training and attunement. This level of training is focused on self-healing, a practice your body will naturally complete if we provide it with the right foundation and mindset. This class is a pre-requisite for Reiki II. It is also a great refresher course for anyone that wants to restart their Reiki practice. *Reiki II will be offered the same day, but requires a separate registration.*

Usui Reiki Level II is an intermediate level teaching in the gentle yet powerfully effective practice of Reiki, a Japanese energy healing art. This class will enhance your natural ability through the attunement process that was started in Reiki I.
Metaphysical 101
Join us as we embark on a workshop series that blends metaphysical concepts with creativity! We will host a Metaphysical Chat in the morning where we will discuss topics to introduce you to the world of Spirit. The afternoon session will be led by local artists guiding us through a creative project that will reinforce those concepts.

We offer a variety of services, including guidance in meditation, energy work, and spirituality. Hannah is ordained through the Universal Life Church that is open to all faiths and religious freedom. Her personal mission aligns with "be the light that you want to see in the world". Although she is only a few years into her Reiki journey, she has been working with the energy of others (in many aspects) for many years. She is the granddaughter of Genevieve Lewis Paulson, author of "Kundalini & The Chakras" and other spiritual growth books.
