Learn Usui Reiki Level I and basic Energy Work

Usui Reiki Level I offers an introduction to the gentle yet powerfully effective practice of energy healing through Reiki, a Japanese art of energy therapy.
This Reiki training class will awaken your natural ability through the attunement process, enabling participants to learn essential self-healing techniques.
Students will discover self-healing methods and develop energy awareness, while Hannah guides them to enhance their perception of energy, cultivate presence, and deepen their connection with their physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
Hannah brings over 20 years of teaching experience in various fields to her work at Prana Wellness of Arkansas, LLC.
*Class will be held the morning of March 29th, followed by REIKI II in the afternoon. Both classes can be taken in succession, but space is limited. Future dates for Reiki II will be announced later.*
